WHAT IS YOUR CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you are signed up for a class and fail to attend-or if you fail to cancel your spot in the class within 8 hours of its start time- you will be charged a $10 no show fee. This policy applies to everyone, including unlimited members and those who drop into a class.
WILL YOU LET ME KNOW IF I AM DOING SOMETHING WRONG?
Great form is key to getting results and avoiding injury. At the start of class, our coaches will review proper form for each exercise. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert—our coaches are here to help! If they see a problem, they’ll guide you personally and cheer you on as you improve. Remember, slow and controlled movements are always best, and our coaches will ensure you stay safe throughout your workout.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
We have full-service bathrooms with showers and toiletries. Clients are expected to bring their own towels, but we do offer rental towels for a small fee. There is water for sale in the lobby as well as a water filling station.
WHAT ARE YOUR MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS?
Everyone’s lifestyle is different, but we have multiple options so that you can create your own wellness plan.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Each GRIND class combines functional strength training and cardio. You’ll use weights, with options for every fitness level. Wear clothes that allow freedom of movement—loose and comfortable is best. Classes last about 60 minutes, so moisture-wicking gear is a good choice. Sneakers or running shoes are recommended, and closed-toed shoes are required.
WHAT WEIGHTS SHOULD I USE?
Each exercise has a recommended weight category (light, medium, heavy). Choose weights that feel light to you, as these are relative suggestions. Start with what feels comfortable. As you get familiar with GRIND workouts, you can gradually increase the weight, but don't feel pressured during your first session. Start where you feel comfortable and progress from there.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We ask all new participants to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session. This allows us to show you our equipment used in the class and understand any limitations or injuries.

HOW ARE CLASSES STRUCTURED?
Classes are organized into two stations: one on the treadmill and one on the strength floor with different exercises, changing daily for a full-body workout.
Coaches guide you through a cool-down, then it's time for a fist bump and to celebrate your effort!
Expect some soreness if you're new—it's normal and shows progress. Stretching and light activity can help.
IS THERE MUSIC IN THE CLASS?
Everyone knows that workouts are 1,000% more enjoyable with music. Each coach will make or select a playlist for your workout, so you’ll have plenty of tunes to enjoy. Have something in particular you want to hear or have a great idea for a themed playlist?
