GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Welcome to our group fitness class schedule. We’ve designed a weekly regimen that caters to your fitness needs and goals. Our cohesively planned programs are designed to keep you engaged and motivated throughout the week, ensuring a well-rounded and balanced fitness experience.

Classes are 55 minutes long. Though each class is TOTAL BODY you can expect a different focus each day. We are intentional in delivering the perfect mix of endurance and strength work throughout the week. We do this not only by focusing on the compound exercises highlighted each day, but by also using varied angles, tempos, timings. These elements ensure our clients have the opportunity to see results by safely change their body composition and increase their fitness, as a whole.

MONDAY TOTAL BODY: HINGE + PRESS FOCUS
TUESDAY TOTAL BODY: SQUAT + PULL FOCUS
WEDNESDAY TOTAL BODY: GRIND!
THURSDAY TOTAL BODY: HINGE + PRESS FOCUS
FRIDAY TOTAL BODY: SQUAT + PULL FOCUS
SATURDAY TOTAL BODY: GRIND!
SUNDAY TOTAL BODY: HIIT

Classes are 55 minutes long and utilize Woodway treadmills, functional benches, free weights, kettlebells, bands and bosu balance trainers.
Classes start with a efficient and effective warm up followed by a class run down and demo by the coach. After this our workout of the day will begin! Class formats are varied, but you can always expect to GRIND IT OUT at the end with our signature finisher! Once complete coaches will lead you through a cool down stretch and you'll be on your way!
